The “xxx<\/b>” is a style<\/i> name — plain<\/tt> or abbrv<\/tt> or siam<\/tt> or alpha<\/tt> or any of dozens of other available styles, many listed below<\/a>.   The “yyy<\/b>” is the name of the bib file (yyy.bib<\/tt>) containing the reference database.
For example, the command \\bibliography{myrefs}<\/tt> would call on file “myrefs.bib”. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n
